@SenPadilla has known about my case since Oct 2016. In TWO YEARS of begging for help, I have not been able to see my only child for ONE SECOND.

He has sent a letter to the Gov regarding some computer system for CYFD, since he is Chairman of the Technology committee, BUT NO formal discussions have been made regarding the family court judges’ out of control abusive behavior towards parents at the District Family Courts in Albuquerque.

@SenPadilla has been aware for TWO YEARS that both Ramirez and Lavelle illegally take over jurisdiction over children and parents who are NOt residents of NM. He is aware of the severe civil rights violations, human rights violations, illegal removal of children from the healthy parent and healthy homes. He is aware of the criminal manner in which these judges behave like CARTEL MAFIA MEMBERS, acting in accordance with the best interest of their “buddies.”

Zero accountability for the illegal behavior by the judges. Zero responsibility by this Senator or any politician in the entire state of NM, to be willing to take serious the massive problems of CHILD ABUSE, CHILD EXPLOITATION, CHILD ENDANGERMENT AND CHILD TRAFFICKING Being committed by these corrupt judges.

I ask those receiving this update to contact Sen Padilla and ask him why he is NOT willing to make this issue a priority. With every day that goes by, another innocent parent is torn away from their children!
