Trying to get case dismissed due to numerous violations of due process, Brady violations, trial in June first week with doomed trial, public defender, no hope, biased prosecutor and judge. Pretty much rigged to be one sided, need to file 403 motion and motion to dismiss with extreme prejudice. Case emotionally and mentally has affected my husband and family had I had to file modified schedule at work due to mental breakdowns. 4yrs into the case pretrial coming up 4/26/23.This case has to end, we can't take much more living the way we are. No quality of life Utah you have forever fucked up, our quality of living, shame on the Provo 4th District courts/prosecutor's pursuing a pointless case if Detective Scott Neilsen would of investigated our witnesses which still hasn't. I hate living in Utah due to experiencing mass corruption in everything. I'm traumatized by our Police I wouldn't run to them for protection for nothing, what to have Provo Police Department fabricate/omit my evidence. Plus with the rise in the rapes, I would be afraid to be sexually assaulted. It's happening people my husband due to my daughter has a hearsay statement no physical proof and misconstrued pretext phone call that they arrested him on. Bullshit that pretext sets you up to incriminate without no Miranda read or counsel how can that be constitutional but Utah follows their own agenda, break laws but trying to put my innocent husband away, while letting Dr. Broadbent case be dismissed by our own Judge Robert Lunnen over 100 women came forward to say Dr. Broadbent in a 40 yr OBGYN practice sexually assaulted his patients that is more than probable cause that guy should be locked up. Yet let's continue and pursue my husband's case when our evidence can exonerate him to prevent trial in June. Yes, Utah citizens its happening prosecution doesn't care if you are innocent or not!! Plus with not taking a plea they say prosecution will use harshest sentence to put you away if you lose at trial but it's rigged to lose because as of right now public defender they don't prep you before court, they don't care either, we are on second public defender first withdrew 1.5 month before because I confronted him finding out 2yrs later looking at my husband's court paperwork that our lawyer waived my husband's preliminary with offer on the table without telling my husband. So rigged from the beginning to still keep our evidence out of trial and still not shown, being ignored. Malicious, vindictive, maleficence caused on this case, false accusations of rape ruined my husband's life and mine and his family/kids. WE ARE MENTALLY DONE!!
