Andres Guardado was shot by police while working!!

Police claim Guardado brandished an illegal firearm; his family claims he was shot in the back and that a handgun recovered by officers didn’t belong to him. Southern California Congressmembers Nanette Diaz Barragán and Maxine Waters are calling on California’s attorney general to launch an independent investigation into the teen’s killing by police.
