Man Killed by Police Was on His Knees with Hands Up

Unarmed shooting continue to destory communities and build untrust between law enforcement and the public. Sean Monterrosa 22-year-old  who was kneeling and had his hands up outside a Walgreens, was still shot unarmed by the police according to Democracy Now.
