PETITION UPDATE

Thanks to all of you the petition has officially been delivered to Premier Danielle Smith, Minister of Health, and Alberta Health leadership.

A special thank you to Carmine Groberman, who, at just 13 years old took the initiative to start this petition and advocate for Albertans facing rare, complex, and life-threatening medical conditions. His compassion, determination and belief that no family should be left without options have been truly inspiring.

To everyone who signed, shared, and stood behind us, thank you. Every signature represents someone who believes that families facing extraordinary medical circumstances deserve compassion, fairness and a healthcare system willing to find a way forward.

Although these two cases remains unresolved, I am hopeful that our collective voices will make a difference.

Your support means more than words can express. Thank you for standing with these families and helping bring attention to an issue that affects not only these families but all Albertans who may one day find themselves facing extraordinary medical circumstances.
