If you’re affected directly by the ground-borne underground noise, for which I know many of you supporters are, then please do complain directly to the TFL commissioner, Andy Lord, at andylord@tfl.gov.uk , as well as email your complaint to  Customerservice@tfl.gov.uk  if not already done so.

If you’re unable to get a response from either, then do complete the complaints form at https://tfl.gov.uk/help-and-contact/contact-us-about-tube-and-rail

If you’re still unable to solicit a response or a satisfactory one within say 2-3 weeks, then please do complete the Rail Ombudsman complaints form  at https://www.railombudsman.org/en/complaint?step=4

Finally, for those directly affected, please ask your neighbours to sign the petition too.
