We are grateful that the Fish and Wildlife met with us in person.   We learned some things and had unanswered questions:

1. The Fish and Wildlife referenced a 1975 Law/Act Self-Determination of Tribes that requires them to listen to any requests.    When asked does it REQUIRE them to accept them?  we got no answer.
2. This is a 2 year agreement
3. It is to be signed on August 15th.   Why were we not told that there was a date for signing this, in progress?
4.  There are 6 paid positions at the Dungeness Spit.  Two people retired.  Two of these positions will go to Tribal people.
5.  The tribe will be getting $500,000.  (Unclear if the employee contracts come out of this $500,000
6.  When asked what we need/can do to STOP this agreement.....we got NO REPLY.  Silence.
