Update on the UP NISMED CATS

Good news for everyone! The cats were spared! Read the details on what went on in the meeting here: - On July 19, 2016: FOCA, CARA, CAT CARE PH and UTAK AT PUSArepresentatives met with the NISMED officers and answered their concerns and complaints about the cats. - NISMED management listened and agreed to work with the above organizations regarding the TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) and the steps to manage the cats and to discourage them from hanging out in the canteen. - Negotiations are still ongoing.
