CORRUPTION OF BLOOD AND THE DISTORTION OF THE INTERSTATE COMMERCE CLAUSE AND THE NECESSARRY AND PROPER CLAUSE OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION,ARTICLE I, SECTIONS 8, CLAUSE 3 AND 18.
Most people in the federal system are incarcerated upon the use of this claimed power to define and punish "FELONIES" under the guise of regulating interstate commerce aided by the necessary and proper clause. This is an attempt to bring awareness to those who have no clue what these constituional powers that was granted to the United States congress many years ago by " WE THE PEOPLE." I'm among thousands of federal inmates that have had their liberty and property, etc confiscated from them upon such "LEGAL FICTION" that is constantly used by the department of "injustice" with the blessing of their courts in the name of so called justice. I had no clue what in the world they meant by "interstate commerce and the necessary and proper clause" until some time after being in the belly of the beast. However, I'm now much more informed of what the federal government has done to many across the world and how they are doing it.
I was indicted and convicted and sentence to more time than American has been in existance, just about, for allegations of "robbing" drug traffickers. The robbery law that I was charged and convicted of, among others, is known as 'the Hobbs Act, 18 USC sec. 1951." In a case called "United States v. Nedley, 255 F.2d at 355 (3rd Circuit 1958) the courts in Pennsylvania quoted congress about the definition of robbery in which it was defined not 'once but a thousand times" to mean ".. to steal means to take away from one in LAWFUL POSSESSION without right with the intention to keep wrongfully..." Such language is clear to the average man and woman on the face of the earth. However, the federal government and their courts has said that drug traffickers has a constituional and statutory right to the possession and distrubution of "unlawful drugs to the American consumer." ( emphasis). Did you know that you pay taxes so that drug traffickers can distribute their unlawful narcotics throughout this country free of so-called unlawful interference? If you didn't know, now you do (emphasis).
