Disney - inclusive or exclusive?

Inclusion mean including all, everyone and/or everything. This sure doesn't read that way.  They are being inclusive only to specific groups of people.  What about the rest of the population, customers, employees, shareholders, etc? Why aren't we being included in the inclusivity?
