Thank you again for supporting, and sharing this NHS & Key Worker’s petition.

Firstly, there is still an "enormous strain" that has been put on the system for obtaining protective kit”, the education secretary has said.

Some 400,000 gowns had been expected to arrive from Turkey on Sunday, but the government said it had been delayed. This is not good enough.

Secondly, Our NHS & Key Workers continue to be put at risk, simply for doing their jobs. Indeed, tributes have been paid today to two workers serving the health care sector in Swansea who have reportedly died with Covid-19.

It just goes to show how important our petition is in getting people to recognise the work they do, and in having it formally recognised.

Such recognition can have a fantastic knock on effect on improving both pay and condition, but more importantly reestablishing the respect and gratitude for what our NHS & Key Workers do for us every day.  

Therefore, we need to continue to share the petition and raise further awareness so that are NHS & Key Workers are recognised.
