After failings within the CPS and Police failing to hand in vital evidence that proved the innocence of men accused of rape all rape cases are now been reviewed. We also know that abusers have walked free in child sexual abuse cases because evidence has not been given to the court/jury or inadmissible evidence has been allowed, because of the anominity of the child and child protection the public fail to hear of these cases.
