Allow Scooter Riders to ride 300cc on provisional licence

We are doing great over 600 supporters, I have emailed some of the scootering magazines to see if they will help only ScooterLab have posted it on there Facebook pages getting some negative comments but it's getting the petition out there if anyone has any ideas that could help please let me know.
