Because of your efforts, this issue is finally being heard. Just a fortnight ago, we held a meeting with HMRC and AICES — the trade body representing parcel operators — to discuss the unfair parcel fees and disbursement charges on GB–NI deliveries.

And there’s already been tangible progress:
📦 DHL has now confirmed that businesses can use their De Minimis Allowance (NIAID) to waive tariffs on “At Risk” parcels moving from Great Britain to Northern Ireland.

That’s a significant step in the right direction — but we’re not finished yet. Every share, every signature, and every conversation helps keep the pressure on and ensures other operators follow suit.
