Dear All After 9 months of painful waiting my wife and I were finally able to meet again this March/April in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We had hoped to meet up in Paris, France over the Christmas period but the French authorities refused to grant my wife a Schengen visa because of the UKBA decision, and contrary to EU law refused to look at the evidence that my wife submitted. The EU Right Clinic in Belgium have launched an appeal on our behalf to the French authorities. Meanwhile, the UKBA are obliged to review our case and have the opportunity to overturn their decision before 28th April. If they want more evidence, a documentary of our love journey will be provided. Parting again after 3 weeks in Thailand was the most painful day of our lives, your support is invaluable.
