One unity Uganda childrens orphanage is run buy 23 y old Joshua also an orphana who has no help what so ever he's charity isn't funded and he struggles daily to feed the children and look after them. A few days a go Joshua became not well he been diagnosed with malira I gave him the money personally myself for his treatment im doing this to try get his organisation some help as if anything happens to him the remaining of 23 children will be on the streets ect I fight for what is right and this is so wrong in so many ways people need to wake up and realise what's going on and stop ignoring out of pure greed and selfishness yano there's children dying of starvation and you all choose to ignore well I can't ignore or turn a blind eye no child should suffer like this and health care should be paid for if the UK government can do it to his country and also offers to help yours then shame on you Uganda government do what is right and stop your country from starving yano you have money for war but not too feed the children its pure greed ignorance of own personal pleasure s
