Thank you everyone for your support in this petition . To everyone who has signed thank you . This petition really needs a lot of support in order to have a chance to get considered for the senate vote and hopefully be passed into law . No one should have to make what could be a emotionally devastating choice . If they have to make a choice between being able to be legally married to their loved one or putting their health or their loved ones health on the line . Because they chose to get legally married which would cause them to lose their medical insurance which could be life threatening for either person . That's the ugly truth . And that's what is wrong with the system today . The government doesn't know how to fix the problem yet . But I hope they can figure it out someday . And this law changes .
