Thank you for signing this student initiated ERA YES online petition.

What Alice Paul started in 1923 can be completed by the U.S. Archivist now by publishing the ERA as the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. We believe that is spelled out in the Constitution after 38 states ratify. In January 2020 Virginia voted and became the 38th state to ratify the ERA. So, why the delay in publishing the ERA as the 28th Amendment Mr. Archivist?
