We Will Not Negotiate Abuse with Leading Age and Health Care Associations

Leading Age and the Health Care Association is trying to say camera laws violate everything and they want control of the camera.  HIPAA is a privacy law and Privacy is covered in all states that have a law to allow a resident in long term care facilities to have a camera in their room if they want one.  IF there is a roommate their privacy is also protected. Other areas that are considered Privacy is: one, two and all party consents, and this is a law that allows for a camera that has two way communication.  These other laws do not apply to the camera law.
