A Turbulent Flight.

This will be a lengthy final post, but it is one I find necessary. I have parted ways with the United States and found a new life that I am content with. The sole reason I am writing this testimony is to expose people who have perpetrated these atrocities against me and to ridicule them in public. When the courts refused to provide justice to me and the Department of In-Justice refused to even consider my case, I realized I had to take matters into my own hands.
 
I hope that my account may serve as a caution to others who may be in similar situations. No one should have to go through what I went through, and I will continue to fight for justice no matter what. My actions are disrespectful, and that is exactly what I aimed for; I have no respect for those who are corrupt in public office, unethical in academia, or pretty much anyone else who is corrupt and vile, regardless of their background. My sympathies will always be with those who are suffering; and when I see that the legal system is not working in the favor of the oppressed, I have no problem with public ridicule.

To that effect, I have just created a public blog over the weekend that serves as an expose to highlight some of the lesser-known facts and stories about the United States. Among other topics, this blog is a expose of the countless hours of work and consideration put forth by the University of South Florida, the U.S. Intelligence Community, and the FBI Field Office in Tampa to make sure that an academic environment supportive of the needs of the pariah security state through the use of force and violence is addressed before the welfare of students and faculty.

Now back to business.
 
I wasted 4 years of my prime seeking justice for crimes perpetrated against me, where the courts would not provide justice, where the U.S. government unleashed a litany of tactics and tools all intended to break me. In the end, I found a system of government that was corrupt and rotten to the core, one that did not care for the welfare of its own citizens. A significant amount of my stay in the United States resembled living in a virtual jail. On the outside, I was free to do as I pleased. I possessed the right to free movement, expression, and assembly, but the reality was far from clear. First, for four years post-graduation, USF would not issue me my bachelors degree. During this time, I was legally barred from accepting any sort of employment, I could not obtain a driving license from the DMV who would only say that my best resource at that point was USF and there was nothing they could do about it, I could not avail medical assistance during COVID times because my visa was unlawfully suspended by USF's International Office and I no longer qualified for international student health insurance. Then there were constant death threats that I would receive from total strangers and where the police would turn a blind eye and not take any action. When I filed a lawsuit against USF, people would show up at public places and pull-out knives and threaten me to "keep my lips shut". USFPD engaged in a triad of harassment where I would get pulled over for no reason but simply because I was walking around the USF campus. There was one instance where I was pulled over on a bicycle and USFPD called in 5 patrol cars where the cops had encircled me and would not tell me why I was pulled over and kept making constant threats about me ending up in jail if I did not produce an ID despite me telling them that I did not have an ID card on me at the time of the stop. I was made to go to court hearings where citations and cases were dismissed because they were borne out of malice and ill intent. I'm only summarizing being mistreated because there are so many instances of the government's dirty work forcing me to submit to their whims. The policing institutions are indeed God’s greatest gift to America. 
My departure from the United States was fraught with difficulties. The government and its agents used considerable resources and authority to keep me from leaving the country. Despite considerable pressure from many sides to stay in the United States in exchange for pledges of a well-paid job without describing what the work would be (not a hard guess), promises of citizenship, and monetary compensation for time lost, I opted to leave the place that I could no longer envision to call home. 
When arm-twisted persuasion failed, and threats of violence and censorship did nothing to silence speech, the FBI made one last try, It followed through on the threats. 
 
I spent nine years in the United States with a spotless criminal record until a few days before my scheduled departure when I was arrested after I walked into a physical altercation with two USF students who turned out to be USF informants. (I mean, It would be incredibly short-sighted for me to engage in criminal behavior only days before my scheduled departure. That's just common sense.)
 
I was arrested and released three days later despite the fact the standard procedure for an alien person on U.S. soil, without a valid visa status who runs into trouble with the law is straight-up deportation. But I was allowed to let go like any American would be released from detention. The outcome of that incident was the theft of my passport by an Uber driver, who was identified and who had in fact acknowledged in the presence of a Hillsborough County Deputy Sheriff to having taken my backpack with my passport and other valuables with him, 'mistakenly'. Again, like on many other occasions, the police displayed complete dismay and refused to recover the stolen backpack from the Uber driver who refused to return it. I missed my flight out because I didn't have a passport with me, and had to spend weeks acquiring a new travel document that would allow me to travel and depart. 
 
The Informants
 
The presence of student informants has indicated in my email sent out to USF community members in early January, 2022 after which access to my university email address was revoked and the email suspended promptly.
 
1. Omar Taher Jebreil/Jibreel/Jeberil is a current Jordanian international student at USF. This man was my former roommate at the time of the incident, and he had offered me to stay with him as a guest during my last weeks in the United States. He had previously disclosed his contacts with Jordanian government officials. He is currently a USF-funded PhD student who is working in a DOD-funded research project at USF and interacts with members of the military and other government departments. It is no secret that Jordan and the United States have a close military-intelligence partnership. Jordan has been the location of CIA torture facilities. It has also trained, in collaboration with Pentagon-affiliated al-Qaeda factions, to fight the Assad government in Syria.
 
It has also trained, in collaboration with Pentagon-affiliated al-Qaeda forces, to fight the Assad regime in Syria, which is also public information. In Jordan, Omar Jebreil worked with Western non-governmental organizations (NGOs) supporting Syrian refugees. Who knows if Omar's government-funded Ph.D. job was a reward for his services, shady Grady? 2. Ayman Odeh Mustafa is a Jordanian biomedical bachelor's degree student and close friend of Omar Jebreil. Omar Jebreil and Ayman Mustafa were roommates at the time of the incident. Ayman Mustafa immigrated to the United States as a child as part of a family sponsorship program and attended high school in Florida. Ayman acted as a co-conspirator and accomplice of Omar Jebreil in providing information about my day-to-day activities.
 Ayman exhibits obvious signs of a mental illness. 
 
It is uncertain if his actions were staged or not and as bizarre as it sounds, Ayman displays many signs of schizophrenia; he has proclaimed himself to be the divinely chosen anti-Christ and has confided in Farrukh about his desire to kill people with the collection of his skull hammers. Furthermore, he has expressed his wish to buy firearms. He could be heard hammering on the walls and yelling profanities from within his room. He frequently suffered mood swings, appearing calm one moment and jumpy the next. The apartment walls contained punch marks that Ayman said he made. It is evident that this case presents a potentially dangerous combination of schizophrenia and firearms, leaving one to ponder what could possibly go wrong here. 
 
If this was Ayman Mustafa's default state of mind, it's not surprising that this is the profile of a person who generally ends up being a mentally deranged shooter who maims and kills people. When news of these persons being in contact with the FBI surfaces online, one wonders if the agency and the incident(s) are part of the same puzzle. It is too early to draw conclusions, but this is probably a good time to keep Ayman Mustafa in the loop. Again, Who knows, Shady Grady.

 
The Betrayal
 
During his last days before his departure from the U.S., Citing security concerns and threats, Farrukh had advised and asked Omar to not share the details of his final departure from the U.S. or his whereabouts.
 
In less than 2 weeks before Farrukh's travel out, Omar Jebriel leaked Farrukh's travel plans to people linked with the FBI.
 
Farrukh received this news in the form of threats received to his family and confronted Jebriel. Jebriel became furious and made threats insinuating the use of force over text messages. Farrukh informed his contacts of the developing situation, who advised him to report to the police immediately, which he did.
 
When Farrukh again confronted the two(Jebreil & Ayman) about the leak of his travel plans & his whereabouts, the two student informants violently attacked him, hitting him with metal chairs and objects.
 
Farrukh was badly injured and bruised and had no choice but to defend himself by using mace to get out of the ambush that had been set in place.
 
Farrukh again phoned the police twice for assistance, with the assistance of passersby outside the apartment. When the cops arrived, they looked to be on Farrukh's side at first. However, when a guy in plain clothing came to the incident site, the police's reaction altered. 
 
Citing his own safety concerns, police arrested Farrukh. He was told, "We can't just leave you here with those two." It is not safe for you here.". Farrukh was shocked and confused about what was happening.
 
Farrukh was detained and then released three days later. As a result of this incident, Farrukh's passport was stolen after his release and barely 5 days before his ultimate departure. Even though the offender, an Uber driver, had been discovered and acknowledged to have the passport on him over the phone & in the presence of a Hillsborough County deputy sheriff, the police remained unconcerned about recovering the missing travel document.
 
 Omar’s Other Secret Affair.
 
This was not a first for Omar, though. Omar was previously suspected of committing a similar plot against a doctoral engineering student at USF named Abdullah Q, also a Jordanian national.
 
Between 2020-2021, Omar had invited Abdullah Q., a USF Doctoral Engineering student to stay in his apartment as a paying guest a few months before his final departure from the U.S., while he and Farrukh were housemates. 
 
Abdullah Q. found himself in a similar situation to Farrukh and was openly telling people that the FBI was after him. However, Omar would rudely dismiss Abdullah Q. or verbally get into altercations which Farrukh saw take place on many occasions. In Abdullah's absence, Omar would claim that Abdullah Q. was mentally unstable. Though Abdullah Q. had been diagnosed with depression which he claimed was a result of harassment from the FBI, he was still of sound reasoning and cognition. 
 
And suddenly, Abdullah Q. vanished from the house one morning. When Farrukh realized there were new blood stains on the front entry, he asked Omar Jebriel about it. Omar Jebriel showed apathy and said he didn't know. 
 
When asked where Abdullah Q. had gone, Omar avoided Farrukh and said murkily that "Abdullah" had probably departed for good, despite the fact that all of Abdullah Q's goods and personal items had been left at the residence.
 
Omar's actions, the police conduct, his contacts with the former Jordanian military and the outcome of these incidents make it crystal clear that Omar is an asset of the Intelligence Services, acting not on his own accord but on the orders of whoever controls him.
 
This individual earns the trust of others, only to betray them later. 
 
 
The Only Way Out 

The only possibility that existed for me to be able to leave the U.S. was the fact that I was not a U.S. citizen and therefore able to obtain a travel document that was not U.S. issued.
 I have always been a man of few words, preferring to let my actions speak for me. However, the events of the past few months have forced me to speak out. I am in touch with U.S. citizens whose lives have been turned upside down because they dared to seek justice for their rights being violated. These are people who are either stuck in the U.S. because the government will not issue them travel documents or they are stuck in transit in South and Central America because their passports were taken away from them and the government will not issue them new passports or return the confiscated documents. Between 2017 & 2022, I reached out to all in U.S. Senate and Congress, filed a suit, and litigated it, and I requested state and local legislatures for their intervention, but unfortunately, few responded, and none with an assurance for getting me justice. The actual difficulty here is, to a large measure, the attitude of the US government and the American population. In the United States, there is a sense of arrogance in the country and the people, as well as vanity and contempt for other nations and individuals. Americans believe they are not to be held accountable for their deeds and crimes. As a result, the country is in decline both within and outside. 

To summarize, the United States has been and continues to be a dangerous and unpleasant experience for many overseas students and professors. Foreign nationals have little hope against government overreach and abuse if the US government would not protect its own citizens. If you can, do your best to avoid it.
