Hi its been a long time since I posted an update and I am sorry for that.Life has been chaotic.My brother was on the news in Miami, where Darren Rainey was killed.Channel 4's Michele Gillen went out to the prison and interviewed my brother well I guess its safe to say putting my brother on the news where Darren Rainey died kinda shook up Dade County as after the 1st episode of the witness aired the Miami Dade medical examiners office decide they were finished with Darren Raineys autopsy,almost 4 years after he died,Those autopsy results are now sitting in the State Attorneys office hands and I'm hoping it doesn't take them 4 years to do something with them.I am very anxiuos to see what is going to be done about his death. I have seen the june 23 2012 Medical Examiners report and it clearly states Darren Rainey was locked in a shower where the temp.controls were on the outside of this shower and guards set the temp.it also clearly states his body was covered in trama.Its a vague report but 1 that proves this mentally ill man did not set the temp in that shower and1 that clearly shows Darren Raineys body was covered in trama,now knowing the temp was up to scalding degrees the trama on his body was burns or something related to those high temperatures so I pray The State Attorneys office handles this the right way but if they don't we are greatful to have a federal investigation into Darren Raineys death.I am so proud of my brother,he stood up and did the right thing and although many people beleive his life is n danger I beleive God will watch over him.I'm happy that we got our hands on this report and that because my brother chose to speak to media the newspaper The Miami Herald continues to investigate all of Floridas Dept.of Corr.prison system and with every investigation done more suspicious deaths are uncovered,more cases of the weakest inmates being beat,drugged,raped,starved,tortured and killed are uncovered all because 1 person chose to speak up.My brother is my hero Below is a link to The Witness part 1 and 2 View of s Florida aired them together along with a sit down with Howard Simon The top guy from the Florida ACLU
