UNA GRAN NOTICIA PARA LA DEFENSA DEL PATRIMONIO
El arqueólogo Antonio Crespo Kayser, director de excavación en el 2009 de la parcela del 'quinto foso' donde fue descubierta un tramo de muralla de la Edad del Cobre junto a una fosa común y donde ahora se lleva a cabo la construcción del Conservatorio Superior de Música, apoya la campaña "Salvemos Marroquíes Bajos, la primigenia Jaén" para que sea reconocida como Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO y se proteja el yacimiento respetando su carácter de BIC con protección integral.

GREAT NEWS FOR THE DEFENSE OF HERITAGE
The archaeologist Antonio Crespo Kayser, director of excavation in 2009 of the plot of the 'fifth pit' where a section of wall from the Copper Age was discovered next to a mass grave and where now it's being built the Superior Conservatory of Music, supports the campaign "Let's Save Marroquis Bajos, the original Jaén (Spain)" so that it is recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and the site is protected while respecting its character as a BIC (Asset of Cultural Interest) with integral protection.
