If you are suffering from RCOM4g migration issues, please don't forget to report your grievance at http://www.pgportal.gov.in. You will get a unique complaint number and get a call from their corporate office immediately. Not only it will increase your chances to reach resolution faster, it will also help you to generate document required, in case you file a case in Consumer Court. As per TRAI regulations, service providers need to provide a unique complaint no. for any grievance, but RCOM is cleverly avoiding it in most cases. They also do not respond on emails, to avoid litigation. Please start asking them a complaint no. for any smallest grievance. They always say they can register a feedback but are not admitting complaints related to Plan Change without consent and other issues. Another reason why you should report on pgportal - Most complaints on RCOM 4g Migration go unreported to TRAI/DOT. RCOM is easily ducking them, by not answering emails or just responding via Twitter. If each complaint is registered on PGPORTAL, then DOT/TRAI will know the real extent of the problem and will be forced to take action (Lets hope so!)
