Kenneth Clair case is going to be featured on Starz Network this month. An intense investigation into his case and exoneration preparations by nationwide investigators, experts, attorneys, forensic, and legal authorities put a net over his wrongful conviction. This is the beginning of the end of all efforts by the Orange County District Attorney’s office efforts to keep Mr. Clair from being exonerated, and their quest to have him die in custody before he gets justice.
The Kenneth Clair case has prompted C. J. Ford Private Investigations to undergo a project in Kenneth’s honor called the “No Inmate Left Behind Program” We are looking for volunteers and interns needing college credits, to participate in this program of helping us solve wrongful convictions. You may be instrumental in freeing a wrongfully convicted inmate. Your participation is welcome, if you come aboard our team.
With the present situation with the Coronavirus, this is an opportunity for those who have to stay home to participate in the criminal justice situation. We are working on 30 cases pro-bono right now, and we are asking others to find other cases of wrongful convicted inmates that do not have the funding to have their cases reviewed.
We also have a national project, with our Social Justice Directory and if you apply and come on our team in our Production and Sales Department, you can make commission working remotely.
We are also looking for any donations of any amount because the ‘No Inmate Left Behind Program” is for indigent inmates only and we still have to pay cost for discovery and other materials and expenses needed for each case.
