I would like to thank all of the supporters for making last week, and this coming week successful in our quest to expose the injustice in the justice system, and to our moving forward in exonerating Kenneth Clair.
Let me tell you how much impact this petition has had towards Kenneth Clair's case. There will be an upcoming hearing this week, and according to my sources and Kenneth Clair, his attorney will continue this matter because now he has decided to file a discovery motion. This motion will be an attempt to get the DNA evidence reviewed, and the identity of the person given to the defense. If it wasn't for our comments regarding our “Deal Making Update”, this motion would not have ever been filed. So I humbly thank you from the bottom of my heart for weighing in on this issue.
We have also put a cog in the “Orange County Prosecution Conviction Review Program”. Tony Rackauckas and his district attorney cronies cannot deny Kenneth Clair's application that we filed last week of over 160,000 supporters. There has never been a application filed with the Orange County Prosecution Conviction Review Program with this record number of supporters in Orange County history, or as far as I know, in any Prosecution Conviction Review Program in the country. The DA cannot simply deny this application without the support of the defense attorney and the other people that are on this Review Panel. If for some reason Mr. Clair’s application is denied, we will be focusing all of our attention on the non-DAs, and exposing the entire program. Again, if it wasn't for your support, comments, and emails regarding our Prosecution Conviction Review Program Update, and your local programs, our mission to expose some of these organizations hidden purposes would not be known.
As for the defense attorney who was savagely beaten by an investigator from the DAs office, again your support and comments assisted in getting out how down and dirty that the prosecution will play when they are exposed. Jim Crawford, the defense attorney, is now suing the county and demanding the arrest of the DA investigator. Again, we the supporters against malicious tactics and withholding exculpatory evidence, have prevailed.
Our journey is focused on reforming the Justice System by exposing these types of issues in not only the Kenneth Clair case, but setting a trend in this country that the entire justice system that is built on prosecution immunity, needs to be revised. I want you to keep on sending the information regarding your local prosecution, and the stories and focus on injustice. We have come a long way now, and we are going to win this battle as long as we stick together.
Kenneth Clair and Elizabeth Clair and the whole entire Clair family thanks you from the bottom of their hearts, not just for Kenneth’s sake, but for every other person in the same situation that we are trying to reach.
I am interested in all of your situations, and you are free to email me at cjfordpi@mac.com and if I cannot provide you professional services to assist you, I may be able to give you the advice that you need to pursue your individual situation, or the justice system in your community.
So let's keep on fundraising, and getting the petition out there. If you are interested in what you can do to help out this cause, feel free to email me because now we are in the process of organizing across the country. I am interested in finding leaders and contacts so we can organize local rallies and do everything that we can to right this wrong.
Again, thank you, and remember this quote: “When the prosecution forges a separate alliance within itself, not of the people, it no longer represents the people that it claims. It is a rogue entity and represents no one but itself.”
