پناهندگان ایرانی یا جاسوسان چند جانبه در ایالات متحده جمعه هفتم آگوست دوهزاروپانزده میلادی حسین مختار زیبائی حقوقدان، دكتر در علوم قضائی پناهنده به كسی گفته میشود كه بواسطه تبعیضات مذهبی، دینی، قومی و یا سیاسی جهت حفظ جان خود از وطنش آواره شده و مجبور به زندگی در كشوری غیر از سرزمین مادریش باشد سالانه صدها پناهنده ایرانی با پروندههای مختلف اعم از بهائی، زرتشتی، یهودی، مسیحی، ارمنی، مسلمانان و حتی پناهندگان دارای پرونده سیاسی به ایران سفر میكنند این پناهندگان ایرانی در حالی به ایران سفر میكنند كه قبلا اعلام كرده بودند جانشان بدلیل تبعیضات دینی، مذهبی، قومی ویا سیاسی در ایران در خطر بوده و هست اكثریت این پناهندگان در هنگام بازگشت به ایالات متحده مخبرین جوامع اطلاعاتی هر دو رژیم ایران و ایالات متحده میشوند زیرا این پناهندگان به هنگام ورود به ایران در مرزهای بین المللی با بازجوئیهای سرویسهای امنیتی رژیم ایران مواجه شده و چنانچه همكاری اطلاعاتی با جامعه اطلاعاتی رژیم ایران را قبول نكنند دستگیر و زندانی و شكنجه خواهند شد، ولی اگر همكاری اطلاعاتی با جامعه اطلاعاتی رژیم ایران را بپذیرند در آنصورت اجازه خواهند داشت از ایران خارج شده و به ایالات متحده بازگردند وظیفه ایشان گزارش هر گونه اطلاعات از ایالات متحده، جوامع مختلف كه در ایالات متحده زندگی میكنند بویژه جامعه ایرانی و بخصوص آندسته از ایرانیانی كه با رژیم ایران مبارزه میكنند به جامعه اطلاعاتی رژیم ایران است در ایالات متحده این پناهندگان ایرانی با بازجوئیهای جامعه اطلاعاتی ایالات متحده روبرو شده و مجبور خواهند بود تا اینبار همكاری اطلاعاتی با سرویسهای امنیتی ایالات متحده را بپذیرند، در غیر اینصورت با دیپورت به ایران مواجه خواهند شد، زیرا پس از سفرشان به ایران، اثبات شده است كه در خصوص پرونده پناهندگی خود به سازمانهای پناهنده پذیر دروغ گفته اند اینبار وظیفه ایشان گزارش هر گونه اطلاعات در خصوص ایران، و همچنین گزارش جوامع مختلف كه در ایالات متحده زندگی میكنند، بویژه جامعه ایرانی و بخصوص آندسته از ایرانیانی كه با رژیم ایران مبارزه میكنند به جامعه اطلاعاتی ایالات متحده است زمانیكه تازه بعنوان پناهنده سیاسی كمیساریای عالی پناهندگان سازمان ملل متحد به لاس وگاس ایالت نوادا در ایالات متحده رسیده بودم، از اینكه میدیدم دهها نفر از پناهندگان ایرانی دائما در حال سفر به ایران هستند غافلگیر نشده بودم همینطور هم از اینكه میدیدم دوتن از ماموران سرویسهای امنیتی در دفتر سرویس اسكان پناهندگان سیستم كاتولیك چاریتیس مشغول بكار هستند اصلا متعجب نبودم پروسه سفر به ایران به این شكل است كه این پناهندگان درخواست تراول داكومنت آمریكائی میكنند و همزمان نیز درخواست خود جهت دریافت پاسپورت ایرانی را به دفتر حفاظت از منافع ایران در واشنگتن دی سی ارائه میكنند دفتر حفاظت منافع جمهوری اسلامی ایران نماینده غیر رسمی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ایالات متحده آمریکا می‌باشد. این دفتر وابسته به سفارت پاکستان در واشنگتن دی سی است. بر اساس گفته سخنگوی وزارت خارجه پاکستان هفتاد الی هشتاد دیپلمات ایرانی در این دفتر فعالیت می‌کنند بسیاری از این پناهندگان مستقیما و یا بطور غیر مستقیم در دفاتر امور اسكان پناهندگان حكومت ایالات متحده مشغول بكار هستند، كه از طریق ایشان اطلاعات بسیاری از پناهندگان ایرانی و غیر ایرانی به سرویسهای امنیتی رژیم ایران ارسال میگردد پس از شناسائی دو مامور فعال سرویسهای امنیتی رژیم ایران كه در دفتر اسكان پناهندگان سیستمهای كاتولیك چاریتیس مشغول بكار بودند با روابط خودم در سازمان ملل و كمیساریای عالی پناهندگان سازمان ملل تماس گرفته و موضوع را به آنها اطلاع دادم، من مدت زمان اقامتم در تركیه در سازمان ملل متحد و كمیساریای عالی پناهندگان سازمان ملل متحد، سفارتخانه های كانادا ، ایالات متحده ، استرالیا در تركیه همكاری داشته و یا مشغول بكار بودم، آنها به من گفتند كه كاری از ایشان ساخته نیست و من باید مسئله را با اف بی آی داخل آمریكا مطرح كنم وقتی مسئله را با اف بی آی مطرح كردم متوجه شدم كه نه تنها اف بی آی از فعالیت آن ماموران رژیم ایران با خبر است بلكه با ایشان همكاریهای دوستانه نیز دارد بر اساس تجربه شخصی من، معمولا نه تنها در ایالات متحده بلكه در داخل ایران و سطح بین المللی جامعه اطلاعاتی ایالات متحده همكاری دوستانه ای با جامعه اطلاعاتی رژیم ایران دارد طی دهه هشتاد دقیقا از زمان ایران كنترا و دهه نود میلادی من شخصا شاهد بودم كه چگونه افسران سی آی ای با همكاری افسران سابق كا گ ب، افسران جامعه اطلاعاتی انگلیس، و افسران جامعه اطلاعاتی اسرائیل به رژیم ایران كمك میكردند تا تجهیزات تكنولژی هسته ای را از سرزمینهای شوروی سابق به ایران منتقل كنند بخشی از این پناهندگان ایرانی چند ماهی پس از ورود به ایالات متحده در خواست تراول داكومنت آمریكائی و پاسپورت ایرانی میكنند سپس به ایران سفر میكنند بخش دوم آنهائی هستند كه بعد از دریافت گرین كارت با تراول داكومنت آمریكائی و پاسپورت ایرانی به ایران سفر میكنند بخش سوم، آن پناهندگان ایرانی هستند كه پس از دریافت شهروندی ایالات متحده و دریافت پاسپورت آمریكائی در خواست پاسپورت ایرانی كرده و به ایران سفر میكنند از آنجا كه رژیم ایران با شهروندی دو گانه مخالف است و شهروندی دوم را غیر قانونی میداند بنابراین ایرانیانی كه بخواهند به ایران سفر كنند باید پاسپورت ایرانی داشته باشند، ولو آنها كه دارای تابعیت چند گانه باشند دهها هزار صفحه حاوی اطلاعات پناهندگان ایرانی و غیر ایرانی توسط آن دو تن مامور فعال ایرانی به سرویسهای امنیتی رژیم ایران ارسال گردید. آنها پس از ساعات اداری بعنوان نظافتچی وارد دفتر شده و ساعتها فرصت داشتند تا به مدارك دسترسی داشته باشند. آخر هفته ها نیز دسترسی كامل به بخشهای مختلف آن دفتر داشتند حسین مختار زیبائی، حقوقدان، دكتر در علوم قضائی، زندانی سیاسی سابق در ایران، قربانی شكنجه، بازمانده قتلعام زندانیان سیاسی، پناهنده سیاسی مادام العمر كمیساریای عالی پناهندگان سازمان ملل متحد، فرد تحت حفاظت كنوانسیونهای ژنو دارای مصونیت سیاسی بین المللی، شهروند ایالات متحده، فرماندهی سابق سرویسهای ضد تروریسم و ضد جاسوسی انقلابیون مستقل ایرانی علیه رژیم ایران از دهه هشتاد میلادی، برای اولین بار اسناد فعالیتهای هسته ای رژیم ایران توسط من به Multilateral Spies in the United States Friday, August 07, 2015 By: Hossein Mokhtar Zebaei A refugee is a person who is outside their home country because they have suffered (or feared) persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, or political opinion. Every year hundreds of Iranian refugees with different cases including of Bahai, Zoroastrian, Jewish, Christian, Armenian, all kind of Muslims with their different sorts of branches, and even those political refugees are traveling to Iran from United States. These Iranian refugees are traveling to Iran; to the country that once they claimed in which they have had suffered (or feared) persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, or political opinion. Majority of these refugees become informants of the both regimes’ of Iran and the United States intelligence community when they return to the United States. That is because of when their entrance to the Iranian international borders they face interrogations by the Iran regime’ intelligence community and if they do not accept to cooperate with the Iran regime’ intelligence community; therefore, they might be arrested and face prison and torture; but if they accept to work for the Iran regime intelligence community, so they can exit the Iranian international borders and return to the United States. Their job is to inform as much as information to the Iran regime’ intelligence community about the United States, and all kind of different communities of different Nationalities living in the United States especially the Iranian community, and more importantly the Iranians those who are fighting against the Iran regime. In the United States these Iranian refugees face the interrogations by the U.S. intelligence community and have to accept to cooperate with the U.S. intelligence community; otherwise, they will face deportation to Iran because of their false-claims about their refugee cases and false representation of themselves to international refugee programs. This time their job is to inform as much as information to the U.S. intelligence community about Iran, and all kind of different communities of different Nationalities living in the United States especially the Iranian community, and more importantly the Iranians those who are fighting against the Iran regime. At my arrival time to the Las Vegas Nevada of the United Sates; as a recognized political refugee of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR); I was not surprised of being witness of tens of Iranian refugees who were traveling to Iran frequently. I also was not surprised that some of the Iran regime’ intelligence services members (Active Agents) were working in the office of the Southern Nevada Catholic Charities Migration and Refugee Services (SNCC/MRS). The process of traveling to Iran is that these refugees apply for their U.S. Travel Documents as a Visa to return to the United States; while as the same time they apply for their Iranian Passport via the Interests Section of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the United States. The Interests Section of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the United States is a part of the Pakistani Embassy in Washington, D.C., and is the de facto diplomatic representation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the United States. Many of these refugees are also working directly and or indirectly with the United States Office of Refugee Resettlement (USORR); by which Iran regime’ intelligence community is having access to tons of Iranian and non-Iranian refugees’ information. When I found the two Iranian intelligence service members who were working in the office of the SNCC/MRS; I called my connection in the UNHCR and the United Nations in Turkey (I was working with both United Nations and UNHCR when I was in Turkey; as the same time which I was also cooperating with Canadian, Australian, American embassies in Turkey); my connections in UN and UNHCR told me that they can do nothing about the issue so that I have to call the FBI and let the FBI know that the active agents of the Iran regime’ intelligence services are working in the SNCC/MRS. I called the FBI, but I realized that the FBI already knew the agents of the Iran regime who were working in the SNCC/MRS; and was friendly cooperating with them. Based on my personal experiences; usually; entire intelligence community of the United States has a friendly cooperation with the Iran regime’ intelligence community not only inside the United States, but also inside Iran and all around the world. Within 1980s (The time of Iran-Contra) and 1990s; I personally witnessed that how the CIA officers working with the former KGB agents, U.K. intelligence services, and Israeli intelligence community were helping Iran regime to transfer nuclear technology from former Russian lands (Post-Soviet states) to Iran. Some of these refugees apply for their U.S. travel documents few months after their arrival to the United States as refugees; then they apply for their Iranian passport and finally travel to Iran. Some others apply for their U.S. travel documents after they received their United States Green card; then apply for their Iranian passport and travel to Iran. The third part; are those who apply for the Iranian passport after they become a U.S. citizen then they apply for their Iranian passport to travel to Iran. Those Iranian refugees who become U.S. citizens no longer need U.S. travel document, because they have their U.S. passports as citizens of the United States. Because Iran regime does not accept Dual-Citizenship (Multiple-citizenship); therefore, in order to travel to Iran every Iranian even those with multiple-nationalities have to have the Iranian passport. Tens of thousands of pages of Iranian and non-Iranians refugees’ information were sent to Iran intelligence community by those two Iran regime’ active agents; they had access to the entire office of SNCC/MRS after business hours for they were working as housekeepers in that office; plus and especially every weekend. Having access to tens of thousands of pages of Iranian and non-Iranian refugees information.
