Not at all, the fight is nowhere near over! Here are two ways to get involved in the week ahead: 1. Join the folks from Fair Funding Action Committee (the statewide organization) at 9am this coming Monday (4/9/18) at the State House for the next Budget Committee hearings. If you're not already on the agenda, wear and take signs of support. Wave your Cherry Hill flag. 2. Make the Friday calls. They're hearing us, but need to listen even harder! Remember to THANK those that are working to right the prolonged wrong to our town, many have acknowledged the wrong, NOW WE NEED THEM TO FIX IT! The question remains: We should get $29m each year from the State, when is it coming?? We need it THIS YEAR. $29m is the State's LEGAL, STATUTORY OBLIGATION. It's not a number we came up with, this is THEIR NUMBER. We're in this together, and YOU can make the difference!
