In a video posted on Wednesday, April 20, a Ukrainian marine commander Sergei Volyna in the besieged city of Mariupol said his troops may be able to hold out for only a few days or a few hours longer. 

This is their last appeal for help from the international community, asking to save them and about 1000 civilians, a lot of which are the families of the Ukrainian defenders, that are also hiding in the basements of the Azovstal plant, the largest steel plant in the city.

These guys are defending their families. They know Russians will not spare their lives if they capture them.
