Man hit on Santa Monica @ Larrabee last night just past 2am.

We need the lights. This man was jaywalking it appears, crossing Santa Monica from sheriff station to Larrabee, hit and flew in air and landed with an apparent broken skull. Awaiting full report from watch commander. This has got to stop.. if the city just put in those slow down crosswalk ahead signs.. that Ive been advocation perhaps this could have been avoided. Please sign the petition for mid block crossing signals.
