Tom G/The Petition for a General Strike is Picking Up Steam!

Good morning- really! Thanks to all who joined up yesterday and today- 500+ people who Really want this to happen. Please check out yesterday's Update- it seems to be the key to building this from an idea into an unprecedented event. In short, I spent a long day yesterday posting The Petition w/a short introductory remark as "comment" to relevant articles on Facebook (also as a subscriber to Wash Post online, there too). Result: 500 new people onboard. Everyone seems to feel Seriously Put Upon by these Catastrophic Events and is enthusiastically determined to do something about it. If everyone here will spend any amount of time- however modest it may seem- doing what I did (and am continuing with as I can), I believe we can achieve our goal. Thank you all again. Tom Goodwin
