The judge wants to help us. It's pretty rare for a judge to invite a party back like he has instead of just dismissing our case outright. After three years and so much effort, we are 95% of the way there. Just need that one last push to get up and over the hill. Once the court legally protects the theater, this is an entirely different situation moving from defense to offense.
