Thank you all for your continued support!  Lots is happening.  A supporter chained himself to the theater doors to bring attention to the issue (google search "utah chained to theater") and it worked.  We had numerous media outlets report.  We even got city officials to say something, even if it is wasn't what continue to encourage them to say.  We had an article published in our local and beloved SLUG Magazine (see link).  We had another article about our efforts in The Salt Lake City Magazine as well (From the Wings: A Counterplan to Restore the Utah Pantages Theater Enters Left - Salt Lake Magazine).  Our petition here grows, again, thanks to you.  We are moving forward on so many fronts we are often surprises and amazed by how many ways we have in our quiver to get to the ultimate goal.  A restored and reopened Utah Pantages Theater, the last and most amazing of all the Utah movie palaces, the grandest of all the theaters built in the state, one of the grandest of all the Pantages theaters in the county, and on and on.  I will end this update by highlighting something about the SLUG magazine article.  They added the people, and we like it.  We are saving and restoring "THE UTAH PEOPLE’S PANTAGES THEATRE".
