The United Temple Mount Movement (UTMM), an umbrella organization compromising 29 pro-Temple Mount organization has released a call for the Israeli Government to revoke Jordanian Waqf rights on the Temple Mount. 

The UTMM called upon the Israeli Government to use the current crises to bring an end to Jordan's de facto rule over the Temple Mount 

"Although Israel feeds and provides water to the Jordanians, and provides military and political assistance to the very existence of the Jordanian royal family, the Jordanians insists on biting the hand that feeds it.

This audacity stems first and foremost from the long-standing Israeli restraint and weakness, which enables the Jordanian Waqf to run tour holiest site, by giving the King of Jordan the "special status" on the Temple Mount (in the 1994 Peace Accords).

The newest Jordanian chutzpah must be exploited to end the Jordanian presence on the Temple Mount, to remove the militant Waqf and its terrorist activists from there."

Additionally, young Temple Mount activists from the "Returning to the Mount" group, brought flowers to the Jordanian Embassy with a thank you note stating:

"We praise the decision, and believe it provides an opening for other important decisions in relation to the peace accords, chief among them, the cancellation of WAKF rights on the Mount, and their return to Jordan. As a result, we will see full Jewish Sovereignty on the Temple Mount."

Now is the time to rally world Jewry and all lovers of Israel to demand freedom of Jewish prayer on the Temple Mount, but time is running out.
