Victory! Newspapers amended their headlines - so what next?

Thanks for your concerted efforts in holding The Sun, the Daily Mail and the Telegraph accountable. 

IPSO emailed me to say they would consider me as the lead complainant on behalf of all of the signatories. You may have noticed that the newspapers involved have since amended their headlines, to either specify that these are half of all cases since June, or that it’s half of 60 cases. 

This wouldn’t have been possible without your support. I will still be talking to IPSO about our next steps so things like this don’t happen again. I still encourage you to email Public Health England (complaints@phe.gov.uk) about how their data was misused to cause division. I’ll post more updates when I have them.
