Exactly one year ago -- on July 17, 2014 --  Boeing 777 Malaysia Airlines was shot down over the territory of Donetsk region (Ukraine), carrying out a scheduled flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur. Onboard there were 298 people, most of them citizens of the Netherlands and Malaysia. They all died.

One of the main version - the plane was likely struck by the “Buk” missile system, which was operated by Pro-Russian rebels.

Although, Russian authorities blame for this armed forces of Ukraine.

The Netherlands, Ukraine, Malaysia and other countries already have put forward a joint proposal to the UN to set up an international  tribunal to prosecute those responsible for the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17. This tragedy has touched several countries, but only the United Nations can investigate a crime of this magnitude to determine a punishment for the guilty.

But Russian authorities, despite the fact, that they are denying their involvement in that tragedy and claiming, that the plane was shot down by the army of Ukraine, strongly oppose the establishment of such a tribunal, which could dot the i's and cross the t's on it.

Do we, Russians, do not want to understand this complicated story? Please, force the officials to support the establishment of a Tribunal. This should not be repeated ever!
