What I don't understand is that even with the dire forecasts we have for our water supplies, why aren't more people stepping up to the plate and calling the ARC situation for what it as - an EMERGENCY. News commentators are referring to it as a crisis. What's the difference? Please do all you can to get people to take action on this. If Sydney Council can do it, why can't we?
