Censored! Lawsuit filed over rejected anti-kitten-testing ads

This summer, Maryland state transit agencies refused to run this White Coat Waste Project ad criticizing the USDA’s taxpayer-funded kitten testing on buses and trains serving the facility.

Now, we're suing them for censoring the ads in violation of WCW’s free speech rights.
