Following pressure from Congress and countless White Coat Waste Project supporters like you, the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has just enacted the first-ever federal policy encouraging the retirement of dogs, cats, primates and other animals at the end of experiments. The VA even writes that retiring former lab animals is an “ethical obligation”!

We couldn’t have done this without your support!
