Stop Complaining and Start Signing

I often hear from women who complain about their traumatic birth experiences within the maternity healthcare system, and they are often justified.  But when I suggest takin action they suddenly become too busy or disinterested.  Here’s the bottom line, politicians, physicians, and hospital administrators are going to act in their best interest, not yours.  So, if you’re waiting for these groups to change the system, you’ll be very disappointed.

Change begins with you.  It starts with an idea and is followed up with action.  I started the initiative, but I need your assistance to bring it to fruition.  I am planning a town hall so we can discuss the issue and initiative with Congressman Bennie Thompson, and I need you to show up and speak up.
