WOW!!! Today's Medicare webinar for ALS patients was ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. Judith Stein and Kathy Holt, both attorneys for the Center for Medicare Advocacy, provided clear and detailed information on how to qualify for and keep Medicare home care benefits, as well as the federal laws in place which apply. The information was presented from a patient advocate perspective and addressed some of the challenges in navigating the system and how to deal with them. Plain English. Easy to follow. Excellent delivery. If you are a patient, caretaker or advocate, YOU MUST REGISTER for one of the two remaining sessions. Knowledge is power. Arm yourself with what you need to know to get benefits for yourself or a loved one. They each provide the same information, although the Q&A at the end will vary depending on the questions by the participants.
