Thank you for supporting LB404! Yesterday, I attended the hearing in Lincoln in front of the Transportation Committee. I listened to testimony from MANY Engineers and Conductors about the validity of this bill. Then I listened to attorneys from the UP and BNSF claim that one man crews are better than two, according to studies. They also claimed that the railroad companies are NOT actively trying to reduce the size of crews. We all know one person crews would be a public safety issue and a job killer. Please talk with your friends and family members regarding this important bill, ask them to sign this petition! Again, thank you for your support!
