The Silliman University Faculty Association (SUFA) has released a statement addressing the Administration’s recent actions. Despite ongoing mediation, the Administration filed an ex parte motion without informing SUFA—bypassing transparency and due process.

SUFA is standing firm, asserting that while the Assumption of Jurisdiction (AJ) order restricts work stoppages, it does not take away their right to freedom of expression and peaceful assembly.
