Thank you to all who supported this petition. The temporary RON regulations have been released with a sixty-day window for comments. It is with great pride that NYNA will submit our petition with the areas of concerning the new RON Notarization regulations with backing from 575 notaries in the state of New York.
The petition letter and signatures will be presented to the Secretary of State, the Attorney moderating comments from New York Notaries, Associations, Representatives, and Government officials this week. NYNA is proud to be a part of assuring that the way notaries do business in New York benefits all. We will provide updates when they become available.
