Dear all, As you know, Antoine's trial started in Luxembourg on April 26th; he is being judged together with the French journalist Édouard Perrin and a former PwC employee Raphael Halet. The various witnesses heard so far in the hearings have shed light on the process followed for the investigation, as well as on some tax practices carried out in Luxembourg at the time the documents were disclosed. As far as Antoine is concerned, these testimonies were an opportunity to stress with no doubt the general benefits of his action, as well the largely positive impacts induced by these revelations in Luxembourg and throughout Europe. The trial will resume on Tuesday, May 3rd, with notably Antoine's hearing by the court. In addition to the initially planned dates of 3rd and 4th May, it is likely that May 10th will also be needed for another hearing, depending on the duration of the defense and prosecution speeches. The verdict is planned to be announced a few weeks after the end of the trial, probably in early June.
