#SuperForSurvivors—put in your submission by Feb 16th

Right now, The Albanese government is seeking stakeholder views on two measures to open up the super funds of offenders and release only contributions made in the lead-up to criminal proceedings for compensation claims. Can you help by responding to the consultation by 16th Feb?

We need this legislation to be retrospective and apply to civil courts for non-convicted child abusers. Can you please include that in your submission to the government?

If all 46,000+ of us make the submission, the government will have to strongly consider these measures.
