Hey, and thank you so much for your support! The traction and attention this campaign has gotten is fantastic.

The decision maker (Minister from Local Government Joe Szakacs) is yet to respond directly or agree to have a meeting with us, but we do know that he has not made a decision yet.

On Wednesday 25th we're having a meeting with Member of the Legislative Council Rob Simms, who has expressed support for the cause. We're going to ask him to put forward our argument and this petition as a statement in parliament.

And even if we don't get a meeting with the Minister for Local Government, we plan on delivering a copy of this petition to him at the end of the week.
