Council votes NO to rezoning for hydrovac slurry facility

County of Brant councillors voted NO to approving the application to rezone 40 Curtis Ave N to accommodate a hydrovac  slurry processing facility. We appreciate the ward representatives and mayor listening to the concerns of constituents regarding this matter.

Thank you to all who wrote letters, called councillors, signed the petition and spoke out at the meeting. The company has the chance to appeal this decision, but we still see it as a step in the right direction!
