Please read the instructions carefully.  Signers must be Baltimore City voters and must fill out the form exactly like it is on their voter registration to count.  

As many of you know Thiru Vignarajah with the support of the Inner Harbor Coalition has launched a referendum to the Baltimore City Charter to protect all parks from development.  If passed, this referendum will stop the illegal development of Harborplace with hi-rise residential and office towers and protect all of Baltimore's parks from the same fate in the future.  You have all shown your  support on this issue and now we can actually do something.  We need 10000 valid signatures from Baltimore City voters in the next 6 weeks to get on November's ballot.  If we do it is almost guaranteed that we will win.
