Greetings supporter of the 'Stop the Maangamizi: We Charge Genocide/Ecocide!' Campaign (SMWeCGEC)
In the last petition update, we shared a video which explains the rationale for why we in the SMWeCGEC partner with the Afrikan Emancipation Day Reparations March Committee (AEDRMC) who with other community groups, organisations, campaigners and related campaigns, facilitates the organisation of the annual Afrikan Emancipation Day Reparations March on the 1st August. The video highlighted aspects of what has been achieved so far in terms of our specific and mutually supportive campaign objectives to advance the cause of holistic reparatory justice and in strengthening the International Social Movement for Afrikan Reparations (ISMAR).
