The Kenyan government and county governors are still planning on a mass culling of stray dogs to fight rabies. This is not a solution, just a temporary fix. New un-vaccinated stray dogs will fill the void. The government needs to do a mass drive to carry out rabies vaccinations for the stray population of dogs.
